Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, helpful customer interactions that inspire sales and foster brand loyalty
- Lead store operational functions including opening, closing, and daily sales operations when Store Manager is absent
- Drive daily and long-term sales goals through strategic execution of business plans and performance coaching
- Manage inventory receipt, processing, and shelf stocking while maintaining merchandising standards
- Coach and develop team members in real-time, modeling best practices and maintaining brand standards
- Process transactions at point-of-sale and support additional floor operations as needed
- Stay connected to brand campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives to engage customers as a brand ambassador
- Support long-term initiatives for team development, store performance improvement, and customer experience enhancement
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a senior retail leadership position such as Assistant Manager or equivalent
- Demonstrated key holder responsibilities and team development experience
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods
- Capacity to carry up to 20 pounds regularly

High school diploma or equivalent required.
