Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store operations including opening and closing procedures and day-to-day management
- Coach, mentor, and motivate retail associates to maintain brand standards and drive performance
- Execute business strategies and drive daily sales goals across the store
- Engage customers with warm, knowledgeable interactions that inspire brand loyalty and sales
- Process inventory, restock merchandise, and manage operational logistics on the sales floor
- Resolve customer and operational issues proactively to maintain a smooth store experience

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a retail Assistant Manager or similar leadership role with key-holder responsibilities
- Strong leadership presence with ability to lead by example and manage through challenges
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Genuine friendliness and enthusiasm for the Tommy Hilfiger brand
- Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
- Ability to carry up to 20 pounds regularly

Experience
Previous retail management experience, preferably in an Assistant Manager capacity with key-holder responsibilities and demonstrated success leading teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary retail management certification or training preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 24.60 to CAD 28.60 per hour.
