Calvin Klein seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead retail floor operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with the brand's minimalist aesthetic. Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store operations including opening and closing procedures, managing daily performance metrics, and ensuring consistent execution of business strategies
- Deliver exceptional customer experience by engaging every interaction with genuine brand knowledge and relationship-building that inspires sales
- Coach, develop, and mentor store associates; foster a motivating and inclusive team environment; manage through challenges and resolve issues proactively
- Maintain brand standards and visual excellence through processing, restocking, remerchandising, and floor presentation aligned with brand vision
- Function as key holder with responsibility for store security, cash management, and day-to-day operational oversight

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a retail Assistant Manager or similar leadership role with key holder responsibilities

- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds
