Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store operations including opening and closing procedures, managing daily performance metrics, and ensuring consistent execution of business strategies

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a retail Assistant Manager or similar leadership role with key holder responsibilities
- Strong leadership presence with ability to lead by example and manage through challenges
- Proven track record of driving sales performance and achieving daily business goals
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds

Previous experience as a retail Assistant Manager or equivalent leadership role in a key holder capacity, with demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and manage store operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management training or certification is a plus.
