Role & Responsibilities

• Align the team around the store’s sales objectives and operational excellence.
• Monitor targets and support the team in implementing performance-focused corrective actions.
• Develop team capabilities through structured on-the-floor coaching and effective use of the PVH Play training tools.
• Ensure new employees are onboarded.
• Lead daily and weekly briefings to align, inform and engage the team around business priorities.
• Sell brand products and grow the store’s sales indicators (PM, TT, IV).
• Process transactions and manage the cash register.
• Build customer loyalty through consistently excellent service.
• Analyse revenue and KPIs, and report to the line manager.
• Prevent inventory loss.
• Optimise the organisation of the store and stockroom to support smooth performance.
• Contribute to preparing schedules and allocating resources effectively.
• Ensure PVH procedures and standards are followed day to day.
• Monitor the store’s commercial readiness to maintain an optimal customer experience.
• Set up and refresh products on the sales floor, uphold merchandising standards and follow the Visual Merchandiser’s guidelines.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure instructions are followed.
• Implement promotional activities and monitor their execution.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in fashion, retail or commerce.
• English proficiency sufficient to meet the needs of an international clientele.
• Able to prioritise and coordinate operational tasks.
• Strong adaptability across assignments and teams, with autonomy and versatility.
• Able to generate new and innovative solutions.
• Strong communication and partnership skills.
