The Assistant Store Manager leads store operations and customer experience at Calvin Klein, supports the Store Manager in driving sales and team performance, and upholds brand and visual standards. This is a full-time role with flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead customer interactions with a genuine welcome and engaging conversation that supports sales and builds connection with the brand.
• Lead store operations, including opening and closing procedures, monitoring daily performance, coaching associates, and supporting an exceptional store experience.
• Represent Calvin Klein by staying current on its fashion and introducing customers to the brand.
• Process merchandise, replenish stock, and remerchandise the sales floor in line with the brand vision.
• Demonstrate pride, commitment, and passion for the brand and customers while fostering inclusion and teamwork.
• Support the Store Manager in executing business strategies, achieving daily sales goals, maintaining performance, and developing a motivated team.

Qualifications

• Friendliness, organization, and time-management skills.
• Strong leadership presence, with the ability to lead by example, manage challenges, resolve issues proactively, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Energy and enthusiasm for shared goals and values.
• Previous experience as a retail Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role with key-holder responsibilities.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
