PVH seeks Assistant Store Manager for Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein, Nice (Galeries Lafayette). Full-time CDI 35h.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and align the store team around commercial objectives and operational excellence
- Drive performance through goal setting and implementation of corrective actions
- Develop team competencies via structured coaching and use of training platforms (PVH Play)
- Onboard new staff members and ensure successful team integration
- Conduct daily and weekly briefings to align teams on business priorities
- Sell brand products and develop key performance indicators (PM, TT, IV)
- Manage cash handling and point-of-sale operations
- Build customer loyalty through exceptional service quality
- Analyze revenue and KPIs and report to direct manager
- Combat inventory shrinkage and discrepancies
- Optimize store layout and back-of-house organization for operational flow
- Contribute to scheduling and resource allocation decisions
- Ensure compliance with PVH procedures and retail standards
- Maintain visual standards and merchandising excellence on the sales floor
- Implement and monitor commercial operations and promotions
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion, retail, or commercial sectors
- Proven capability to prioritize and coordinate operational tasks
- Strong adaptability across multiple roles, teams, and shifting business needs
- Demonstrated autonomy and versatility in delivery
- Ability to generate innovative solutions
- Strong communication and partnership skills
- English proficiency sufficient to serve an international customer base
