PVH seeks an Assistant Store Manager for the Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein boutique at Galeries Lafayette Nice Cap 3000. This role combines team leadership, sales management, and operational oversight to drive commercial performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a premium retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and align the store team around commercial objectives and operational excellence
• Drive performance through goal setting and implementation of corrective actions
• Develop team competencies via structured coaching and use of training platforms (PVH Play)
• Onboard new staff members and ensure successful team integration
• Conduct daily and weekly briefings to align teams on business priorities
• Sell brand products and develop key performance indicators (PM, TT, IV)
• Manage cash handling and point-of-sale operations
• Build customer loyalty through exceptional service quality
• Analyze revenue and KPIs and report to direct manager
• Combat inventory shrinkage and discrepancies
• Optimize store layout and back-of-house organization for operational flow
• Contribute to scheduling and resource allocation decisions
• Ensure compliance with PVH procedures and retail standards
• Maintain visual standards and merchandising excellence on the sales floor
• Implement and monitor commercial operations and promotions

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion, retail, or commercial sectors
• Proven capability to prioritize and coordinate operational tasks
• Strong adaptability across multiple roles, teams, and shifting business needs
• Demonstrated autonomy and versatility in delivery
• Ability to generate innovative solutions
• Strong communication and partnership skills
• English proficiency sufficient to serve an international customer base
