Role & Responsibilities

• Lead customer interactions by welcoming clients and initiating conversations that drive sales and build connections with the brand.
• Direct store operations, including opening and closing procedures, daily performance monitoring, coaching associates, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Represent Calvin Klein’s fashion and brand to customers and foster lasting brand loyalty.
• Work on the sales floor, processing replenishment and merchandising in line with the brand’s vision.
• Promote the brand and its customers with pride, dedication, and passion, while embracing individuality, inclusion, and teamwork.
• Implement commercial strategies, support achievement of daily sales targets, and foster a motivating, inclusive team environment.
• Support the Store Manager in improving performance and maintaining an effective, motivated team.
• Maintain brand standards and visual presentation.

Qualifications

• Warm manner and strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong ability to lead by example, manage difficult situations, proactively solve problems, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Energy and enthusiasm for shared values and objectives.
• Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager in retail or in a similar leadership role requiring keyholder responsibilities.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and crouch for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Basic English may sometimes be required to communicate effectively with partners and leaders based in the United States.
