Calvin Klein seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead sales floor operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences that embody the brand's minimalist aesthetic. The role involves overseeing key operational functions, coaching retail associates, driving daily sales performance, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. This is a full-time leadership position responsible for opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and fostering a motivated, inclusive team environment under the Store Manager's direction.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store operations including opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with brand standards and visual guidelines
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by engaging clients authentically and building brand loyalty
- Coach and support retail associates while fostering a motivating, inclusive team environment
- Drive daily sales goals and contribute to overall store business performance
- Process, restock and remerchandise merchandise in alignment with brand vision and visual standards
- Manage key holder responsibilities and serve as leader on duty during assigned shifts
- Demonstrate brand expertise and act as a brand ambassador to customers and team members
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a retail Assistant Manager or similar leadership role with key holder responsibilities
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to lead by example and manage through challenges
- Proven ability to resolve issues proactively and ensure smooth daily operations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds
