Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store operations including opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with brand standards and visual guidelines
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by engaging clients authentically and building brand loyalty
- Coach and support retail associates while fostering a motivating, inclusive team environment
- Drive daily sales goals and contribute to overall store business performance

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a retail Assistant Manager or similar leadership role with key holder responsibilities

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds
