PVH Contract Assistant Manager, Supply Planning role in Hong Kong, Asia Pacific; manage budgeting, forecasting, and inventory optimization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver and monitor annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, including analysis and reporting
- Standardize OTB (Open to Buy) planning processes for consistency and cross-country comparison
- Consolidate merchandising financial plans from various Asia Pacific countries to regional level
- Liaise with Finance, Operations, and Merchandising teams on performance analysis and optimization
- Support regular market review meetings to update business strategy and competitive positioning
- Prepare ad hoc management reports and business analysis to support executive decision-making
- Drive process improvements and system implementation projects for supply chain planning and reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of supply and inventory planning experience in multinational corporations, preferably within retail
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
- Proficiency with SAP and ERP systems, including Demand & Supply Planning, Inventory Management, and Sales & Distribution modules
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin Chinese and English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Advanced spreadsheet and database management competencies

Experience
Minimum 5 years of supply chain and inventory planning experience in multinational corporations, preferably in the retail industry, with demonstrated expertise in demand forecasting, OTB planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced education or professional certification in supply chain management is preferred.
