PVH seeks a Contract Assistant Manager for Supply Planning in the Asia Pacific region, based in Hong Kong. This role supports end-to-end merchandising planning and supply chain optimization across the region, managing budgeting, forecasting, OTB alignment, and in-season performance tracking. The successful candidate will consolidate financial plans from multiple countries, drive inventory optimization, and partner with Finance, Operations, and Merchandising teams to deliver analytical insights and business recommendations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver and monitor annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, including analysis and reporting
- Standardize OTB (Open to Buy) planning processes for consistency and cross-country comparison
- Consolidate merchandising financial plans from various Asia Pacific countries to regional level
- Liaise with Finance, Operations, and Merchandising teams on performance analysis and optimization
- Support regular market review meetings to update business strategy and competitive positioning
- Prepare ad hoc management reports and business analysis to support executive decision-making
- Drive process improvements and system implementation projects for supply chain planning and reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of supply and inventory planning experience in multinational corporations, preferably within retail
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
- Proficiency with SAP and ERP systems, including Demand & Supply Planning, Inventory Management, and Sales & Distribution modules
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin Chinese and English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Advanced spreadsheet and database management competencies
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of supply chain and inventory planning experience in multinational corporations, preferably in the retail industry, with demonstrated expertise in demand forecasting, OTB planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced education or professional certification in supply chain management is preferred.
