Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enduring relationships with high-value and VIP clients through white-glove clienteling and after-sales care.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store KPIs, including conversion, average transaction value and sell-through.
- Deliver consultative, product-led sales presentations that reflect the brand’s heritage and technical excellence.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process: appointments, fitting/consultation, POS transactions and post-sale follow-up.
- Collaborate with visual merchandising to ensure product presentation aligns with seasonal directives and brand standards.
- Use CRM to capture client data, track preferences and execute targeted outreach and reactivation strategies.
- Support store-level initiatives, assist with stock replenishment and advise on product allocation decisions.
- Act as a mentor to junior sales colleagues, modelling best practice in client approach and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in luxury retail sales with demonstrable achievement against targets.
- Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage high-net-worth clients.
- Strong commercial acumen and numerical literacy for managing sales metrics and client accounts.
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings as required by boutique operations.
- Right to work in the UK.

Typically 3–5+ years in luxury retail or high-end customer-facing roles, with experience managing key clients, delivering against sales targets and working within a boutique environment. Experience in fashion, leather goods or related luxury categories is preferred.
Education
