Purdey in London is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital acquisition, CRM and e‑commerce performance for the luxury brand.

Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the brand’s digital marketing strategy across paid acquisition, organic search, social, email/CRM and e‑commerce to drive revenue and elevate brand desirability.
- Manage end‑to‑end paid media campaigns (search, social, display), including audience targeting, creative briefs, bidding strategy and budget allocation to maximise ROAS.
- Oversee CRM and lifecycle marketing—segmentation, automated flows, AB tests and retention programmes—to increase CLTV and repeat purchase rates.
- Own digital performance reporting and analysis; produce weekly and monthly dashboards, derive actionable insights and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with creative, merchandising and retail teams to ensure digital campaigns and onsite content reflect brand tone and visual standards.
- Manage external agencies and freelance specialists; set briefs, monitor deliverables, ensure timelines and control media and production budgets.
- Lead optimisation of the e‑commerce user journey and onsite merchandising in partnership with web/product teams to improve conversion and average order value.
- Ensure accurate tagging and measurement across platforms (GA4, GTM); maintain data governance and support customer data integrations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrable experience running paid search and social campaigns with measurable commercial outcomes.
- Strong analytical capability with experience in performance reporting and A/B testing frameworks.
- Proven ability to brief and manage creative production and external agencies while safeguarding brand equity.
- Familiarity with luxury retail dynamics and customer service expectations is highly desirable.

Experience
Typically 5+ years in digital marketing with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior individual contributor capacity; prior experience in luxury, fashion or premium e‑commerce brands preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
