Puig seeks Vice President of Marketing in New York to lead luxury fragrance brand strategy and marketing organization. Base salary $200,000–$225,000.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategies translating global vision into locally relevant plans that strengthen brand equity and drive growth across the U.S. and Canada
- Lead integrated 360° marketing strategies across media, communications, events, retail programs, consumer engagement, and eCommerce channels
- Define the U.S. communications agenda in partnership with PR leadership, ensuring earned media, influencer activity, partnerships, and events reinforce brand equity and cultural relevance
- Establish eCommerce priorities to drive profitable growth and elevated consumer experiences through digital and consumer insights
- Serve as strategic partner to Global teams, representing local consumer, market, and commercial priorities while collaborating across Product Development, Sales, Retail, Finance, and Operations
- Lead an integrated Marketing, PR & Communications, and eCommerce organization with clear accountability, shared priorities, and portfolio mindset
- Develop and mentor leadership talent, fostering culture of strategic thinking, creativity, collaboration, and accountability
- Manage A&P investments to maximize impact and establish clear ROI and effectiveness measurement
- Analyze retail and consumer performance data including market share, competition, assortment, pricing, and distribution trends to inform decisions
Qualifications
- 12+ years of marketing leadership experience, ideally within luxury beauty or related consumer categories
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA encouraged
- Deep understanding of luxury brand building with demonstrated success developing and executing integrated, consumer-led marketing strategies
- Significant experience leading multiple teams and functional disciplines with proven success in building high-performing organizations
- Strong business acumen including experience managing A&P budgets and investment allocation
- Proven ability to use consumer insights, market intelligence, and performance data to inform strategic decisions
- Strong understanding of eCommerce and digital channels' role in luxury brand building
- Experience working within matrixed organizations and influencing stakeholders across functions and geographies
- Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to create clarity, inspire teams, and drive accountability

12+ years of marketing leadership experience, ideally within luxury beauty or a related consumer category, with demonstrated success developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across multiple brands, channels, and geographies. Experience managing complex, matrixed organizations and influencing stakeholders across functions and geographies.
Education
Bachelor's degree required; MBA encouraged.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 200,000 to USD 225,000 per annum.
