The Training Project Manager communicates training strategy to internal and external teams and delivers training across Puig’s four prestige fragrance brands: Rabanne, Jean-Paul Gaultier, Carolina Herrera and Nina Ricci. The permanent role covers external and internal training, sales-force development, and digital training content and application oversight, reporting to the France Training Manager.
Role & Responsibilities
- Communicate the training strategy to internal and external teams through in-person and digital events.
- Develop Beauty Consultants’ knowledge of the group’s brand products to support sales.
- Prepare and deliver classroom, event-based and digital training.
- Prepare and deliver training for freelancers and brand ambassadors.
- Prepare training materials, arrange room bookings and shipments, and coordinate gifts with support from the department assistant.
- Contribute to development plans for Puig’s sales force, including sales-technique training, regional meetings, and seminar preparation and delivery.
- Monitor the digital training application and propose content, editorial calendars and analysis.
- Contribute to the development of e-learning modules.
- Propose distinctive, innovative digital content, including presenting confidently and effectively on camera.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of post-graduate training experience in the beauty industry.
- Expertise in fragrance and beauty, with strong knowledge of digital training.
- Bachelor’s degree plus four or five years of higher education (Bac+4/5).
- Fluent English is essential; Spanish is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in public speaking.
- Organised and rigorous, with adaptability, agility and a strong team spirit.
- Able to develop digital and in-person content and support teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to analyse retail KPIs and make recommendations.
