  • Strong understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.

Skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Ability to design and implement effective training and development programs.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a training coordination role, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
