Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and design training programs and educational materials tailored to Byredo and Dries Van Noten brand standards
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal and external stakeholders across France and the Benelux region
- Assess training needs and measure effectiveness of learning initiatives
- Collaborate with brand teams to ensure consistency in product knowledge and messaging
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in luxury brand training or product knowledge development
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training programs
