Puig seeks Trade Marketing Associate in Barcelona to support trade marketing strategy and sales execution across luxury beauty and fashion brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and ensure proper implementation of promotional trade marketing activities
- Support the Trade Development Manager in managing daily requests including point-of-sale materials, brand guidelines, and visual assets
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Retail departments to ensure excellent execution and material availability on schedule
- Prepare presentations with summaries and analyses of promotional activities by client
- Translate brand marketing strategy into trade marketing plans designed to drive brand awareness and sell-out across different clients and channels, participating in ideation, planning, budgeting, production, and implementation of point-of-sale and promotional activities
- Collaborate on execution of trade marketing plans by client and channel, participating in development, implementation, and monitoring of initiatives to increase brand visibility and product rotation
- Work closely with Sales teams to transform commercial proposals into effective sales tools, providing materials, analysis, and information to facilitate negotiations with key accounts
- Support implementation of trade plans, product launches, and innovations, as well as negotiate commercial space by helping define customized proposals for each client
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure proper distribution of materials and content to clients and identify and request resources necessary to support commercial development strategy
- Support management of temporary point-of-sale materials, collaborating on budget, logistics, distribution, and inventory while seeking efficient solutions in terms of quality, quantity, and cost
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Native-level Spanish and C1-level English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Skills
Experience
Minimum 6 months of experience in a trade marketing, marketing support, or similar commercial function within the beauty, fashion, or premium consumer goods sector.
Education
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
Workplace
The role is situated in Hospitalet de Llobregat, Catalonia, Spain — conveniently close to Barcelona.
