Puig internship: Trade Marketing & Retail Projects Intern in Paris. Support luxury marketing campaigns for 6 months.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and operational implementation of offline 360-degree marketing campaigns tailored to each retail channel
- Prepare and monitor trade marketing briefs and performance deliverables
- Conduct competitive analysis and track product launches across the fragrance and luxury beauty sectors
- Coordinate Drive-To-Store marketing initiatives and campaign execution
- Manage point-of-sale materials (gifts with purchase, samples, window displays) and freelance contractor relationships
- Prepare commercial and retail presentations for internal seminars and stakeholder meetings
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Beauty Advisor strategic plans and training materials
- Execute quantitative and qualitative analyses of marketing operations including podium activations and street marketing campaigns
Qualifications
- Formal education at Bac+4/+5 level (Master's degree or equivalent)
- Fluency in French and English (both required)
- Demonstrated knowledge of and passion for the luxury fragrance and beauty sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in or exposure to operational marketing within the luxury industry (preferred)

Preferably a first internship or early-career exposure to operational marketing within the luxury sector; familiarity with retail marketing processes and fragrance industry dynamics is advantageous.
Education
