Carolina Herrera (New York) seeks a Temporary Image Graduate to support studio styling, photoshoots and sample management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the image/styling team on studio shoots, lookbook production and campaign fittings, including set preparation and on‑set assistance.
- Manage and track samples and wardrobes: organise incoming/outgoing pieces, prepare look lists, tag and log inventory, and coordinate sample returns.
- Assist with styling for press, celebrity and retail requests, ensuring pieces meet brand presentation standards and fit requirements.
- Coordinate fittings with models, talent and internal stakeholders; attend fittings and document alterations and measurements.
- Prepare and maintain shooting documentation (shot lists, styling notes, lookbooks) and deliver assets to the studio and marketing teams.
- Liaise with production, PR and external vendors to schedule shoots, secure locations and arrange logistics as required.
- Support archive and garment care processes, including basic garment steaming, minor repairs and storage best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in fashion design, fashion styling, visual merchandising or a related discipline, or recent graduate with relevant coursework.
- Demonstrable interest in luxury fashion and a clear understanding of Carolina Herrera's aesthetic and brand standards.
- Professional presentation, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven studio environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with internal teams, external vendors, models and talent.
- Right to work in the job location (ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends for shoots).

Entry-level role suitable for recent graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of hands-on experience in a fashion studio, editorial styling, brand image team or equivalent placements. Prior internships with fashion houses, photographers or creative agencies preferred.
Education
