Puig seeks Technology Projects Coordination Manager in Paris to lead global Market Efficiency Program, coordinate technology initiatives across EMEA, Americas, and APAC regions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead governance, planning, execution, and reporting of the Market Efficiency Program across all markets, defining and tracking objectives, KPIs, milestones, risks, dependencies, and expected benefits
- Drive consistent execution and adoption of technology initiatives across EMEA, Americas, and APAC regions, coordinating market preparation and deployment activities to maximize business value and adoption
- Serve as the primary liaison between Global Technology, Regional Technology teams, and local market stakeholders; coordinate deployment plans, dependencies, resource requirements, and initiative timelines
- Maintain consolidated visibility of the Markets Technology portfolio, providing updates on progress, risks, issues, and budget consumption while supporting portfolio prioritization aligned with strategic objectives
- Establish and maintain project governance standards, methodologies, models, and reporting mechanisms; facilitate steering committees and executive reviews with senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with business and change management teams to ensure effective adoption of new technologies and processes; develop deployment frameworks, communication plans, and adoption dashboards
- Track business results and identify continuous optimization and process simplification opportunities; promote best practices and encourage knowledge sharing across markets
- Define and maintain portfolio and programme dashboards; measure deployment effectiveness and business impact through established KPIs; identify opportunities to improve delivery methodologies and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project portfolio management, PMO leadership, technology transformation, or digital programme management
- Proven experience with executive reporting, dashboards, status updates, and governance cadences
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, multi-country technology deployment programmes
- Experience operating within international and matrix organizational structures

Experience
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in project and portfolio management, PMO leadership, or technology transformation within international and matrix organizations, with demonstrated success in leading large-scale, multi-country technology deployment initiatives and executive-level reporting.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
