Puig seeks a Team Leader to lead the Beauty Advisor team in a department store in Lima, coordinate with the back office and identify commercial opportunities. The role is permanent, with a rotating schedule of 11:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. or 12:30–9:30 p.m.
Role & Responsibilities
- Organize the team and propose work schedules.
- Drive sales, advise customers and close sales.
- Provide an online or in-store shopping experience through customer advice.
- Carry out inventory and ensure correct use of stock, testers and work materials.
- Implement brand guidelines covering cleanliness, layout, shelf testers, counters, wrapping and sampling.
- Lead the Beauty Advisor team, meet with them and communicate daily sales objectives and back-office guidance.
- Submit a weekly report covering sales progress against quota, launch feedback, stockouts and the database.
- Communicate Puig’s values through interpersonal skills and adherence to grooming standards, a polished appearance, appropriate conduct and uniform requirements.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience.
- Basic Excel skills are desirable.
- Basic digital skills are desirable.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Work location: a department store, such as Falabella or Ripley.
