Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the boutique sales team to achieve and exceed daily, weekly and seasonal sales targets while maintaining exemplary client service standards.
- Coach, develop and conduct performance reviews for sales advisors; provide targeted on-the-floor training in product knowledge and consultative selling.
- Oversee daily boutique operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and reconciliation, stock replenishment and inventory accuracy.
- Deliver personalised fragrance consultations and clienteling to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Implement visual merchandising directives and maintain presentation standards consistent with brand guidelines and boutique layout.
- Manage staff rotas and ensure adequate cover for peak trading periods, events and promotional activity.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales and KPI reports to district management; escalate issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safeguarding, loss-prevention procedures and local regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate in-store events, launches and VIP appointments in collaboration with marketing and clienteling teams.
- Act as brand ambassador on the shop floor, communicating product stories and brand heritage to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in luxury retail or premium beauty, with a demonstrable record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills, including coaching, conflict resolution and performance development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with high-net-worth and international clientele.
- Solid numeracy and organisational skills; experience with cash reconciliation and basic store accounting practices.
- Fluent product knowledge or demonstrable aptitude for fragrance consultation and storytelling.
- Availability to work a retail rota including weekends, bank holidays and peak seasonal periods.

Experience
Minimum two years' experience in a retail environment, including at least one year in a supervisory or team-leader capacity; experience within perfume, cosmetics or high-end fashion retail is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification in retail, hospitality or beauty is advantageous.
