Role & Responsibilities
- Craft and distribute job postings while deploying targeted sourcing strategies for internship and apprenticeship positions
- Conduct recruitment interviews and maintain candidate follow-up throughout the hiring process, ensuring consistent and high-quality candidate experience
- Manage administrative and HR procedures including training conventions, contracts, and school relations
- Serve as primary contact for interns and apprentices on HR-related matters
- Support talent acquisition projects including group sessions, school partnerships, digital communications, and recruitment data analysis
- Coordinate onboarding processes for interns and apprentices in collaboration with operational teams
- Work closely with managers, HR teams, and external partners including candidates, service providers, and educational institutions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment practices and tools
- Develop, expand, and maintain a talent pipeline of young professionals to anticipate recruitment needs and support strategic initiatives
- Track and report key recruitment indicators including KPIs, timelines, and volume metrics

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a baccalauréat +4/+5 degree from a university or business school
- Prior experience in recruitment is preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail, methodical approach, and proactive mindset
- Fluent English proficiency
