Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare documents and content for internal meetings and strategic events, gathering information from internal teams and external partners
- Develop and format strategic presentations with creativity and meticulous attention to detail
- Conduct case studies, competitive benchmarks, and market analyses focused on marketing, branding, cultural trends, and social impact
- Identify and research emerging market trends aligned with strategic priorities
- Source and evaluate potential partners such as agencies and cultural experts, while tracking relevant events and content for internal distribution
- Support the planning and execution of cross-functional strategic projects in collaboration with internal departments, brand teams, and external stakeholders
- Coordinate project activities and monitor progress throughout project lifecycle
Qualifications
- Master's degree student (final year or gap year) in Commerce, Marketing, or related discipline
- Strong interest in the luxury, beauty, and fashion sectors
- Aesthetic sensitivity combined with analytical thinking and rigorous synthesis capabilities
- Comfort communicating with diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborative mindset with a dynamic and proactive attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Familiarity with collaborative tools including OneDrive, SharePoint, and Microsoft Lists
- Fluent English; French is advantageous
