Puig seeks Store Manager for Carolina Herrera beauty counter in Vienna. Part-time, 32 hrs/week, leading team and driving sales in luxury cosmetics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalised product consultation and expert advice on Carolina Herrera's exclusive makeup collections to clients
- Drive sales performance and work toward counter revenue targets in collaboration with the team
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure availability of product testers and sales materials
- Build and nurture client relationships, particularly with repeat customers, to encourage loyalty
- Design and execute promotional activities and sales initiatives to enhance counter performance
- Ensure all product displays comply with brand image and brand guidelines
- Create digital scheduling for the counter team three months in advance
- Provide disciplinary leadership to one Brand Ambassador on staff
- Submit regular performance reports to the National Retail Counter Manager, including KPI analysis and operational metrics
Qualifications
- Completed retail or commercial training programme
- Multiple years of sales experience in premium or luxury segments, preferably cosmetics or fragrance
- Previous counter management or assistant store manager experience
- Proficiency with KPI tracking, reporting, and performance analysis
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation
- Professional appearance and refined customer service instincts
- Competence with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
- Fluent German and English; additional languages advantageous
Skills
Experience
Multiple years of verified sales experience in the premium or luxury retail sector, ideally in makeup or fragrance; prior counter or assistant store manager role demonstrating exposure to KPI management and operational performance analysis is preferred. Makeup artist or visagist certification is considered advantageous.
Education
Completed commercial or retail training programme or equivalent professional qualification.
