Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and motivate store team to achieve sales objectives and deliver memorable customer experiences
- Create a positive, inclusive, and collaborative working environment that fosters engagement and high performance
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with operational procedures and company standards
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators and sales metrics, identifying improvement opportunities to maximise results
- Ensure excellence in visual merchandising, brand presentation, and in-store customer experience
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to strengthen brand loyalty and product knowledge
- Collaborate with head office teams to implement marketing campaigns, product launches, and commercial initiatives
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of store personnel

- Prior experience leading teams in retail, preferably within beauty, cosmetics, luxury, or fashion sectors
