Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized client consultation on Carolina Herrera's exclusive makeup products with professional expertise and brand alignment
- Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets for the counter through effective merchandising and promotional initiatives
- Manage inventory levels, maintain display standards, and ensure consistent brand presentation according to Puig guidelines
- Build and cultivate long-term client relationships while executing loyalty and retention strategies
- Plan and implement sales promotion activities in collaboration with the counter team
- Create and manage digital scheduling for the Brand Ambassador team three months in advance
- Provide disciplinary and operational supervision for the Brand Ambassador position
- Prepare regular performance reports and KPI analyses for the National Retail Counter Manager
- Ensure flexible operational workflows and weekend availability to maximize counter performance
Qualifications
- Completed retail or commerce training or equivalent professional qualification
- Multi-year sales experience in premium or luxury sectors, preferably makeup or fragrance
- Demonstrated counter or assistant store manager experience with KPI management capability
- Professional appearance and refined interpersonal skills
- Strong administrative proficiency including inventory reporting and sales analysis
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are advantageous
- Flexibility with scheduling and weekend availability
