Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all store staff, ensuring consistent delivery of world-class customer service aligned with Carolina Herrera brand values
- Manage sales performance, inventory levels, and stock rotation to optimize profitability and product availability
- Develop and execute local marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive footfall and sales
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to identify growth opportunities
