Role & Responsibilities
- Analyse customer cancelled orders in coordination with internal operations teams to execute sales recovery initiatives
- Prioritize order delivery generation following established global business guidelines and protocols
- Execute manual delivery generation when required to optimize order fulfillment
- Conduct stock availability reviews for key product lines to inform allocation decisions
- Apply stock bookings to preserve inventory for designated markets and key customer accounts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar logistics, supply chain, or order management role
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred
- Proficiency in OTC (Order-to-Cash) processes and supply chain workflows
- Knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations
- Fluent English and native Spanish language proficiency
