Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute the social media content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, ensuring alignment with product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Produce platform‑appropriate creative assets and copy — including short‑form video, still imagery and captions — while preserving brand tone and Ayurvedic storytelling.
- Manage day‑to‑day community engagement: respond to customer enquiries, moderate comments, escalate service issues and maintain best‑practice response SLAs.
- Coordinate influencer and creator partnerships, including brief creation, content approval and performance tracking.
- Support paid social activity by preparing ad creatives, liaising with performance teams and monitoring campaign performance in Meta Business Manager.
- Monitor and report on social KPIs and trends (reach, engagement, sentiment, follower growth), producing regular performance summaries and recommendations.
- Collaborate with in‑house creative, product and retail teams to ensure visual consistency and regulatory compliance for claims and ingredient messaging.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
- 2+ years of hands‑on social media experience, preferably within beauty, lifestyle or FMCG brands.
- Proven track record of creating high‑engagement social content and managing brand communities.
- Experience coordinating influencer campaigns and working with external creative partners.
- Strong written English; ability to craft concise, on‑brand copy for social platforms.
