Puig seeks a Skincare & Wellness Marketing Graduate in Barcelona: entry-level marketing role supporting brand campaigns and product launches.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the skincare and wellness brand marketing team in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Assist in product launch activities: coordinate timelines, briefs, retail materials and agency deliverables.
- Contribute to consumer and market insight workstreams, synthesising trends, competitor activity and shopper research into actionable recommendations.
- Create and adapt content for social media, digital advertising and point-of-sale; collaborate with creative teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor campaign performance and key metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion); prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including R&D, sales, supply chain and regional marketing to ensure timely execution of initiatives.
- Provide administrative and project-management support for the marketing calendar, budgets and event logistics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Cosmetic Science or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable interest in skincare, wellness and beauty; familiarity with brand positioning and product development processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to summarise data into clear insights.
- Organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple projects and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English and Spanish; additional language skills (e.g., Catalan) advantageous.

Experience
Recent graduate or up to 1–2 years' practical experience in marketing, ideally through internships or placements within beauty, FMCG or agency environments. Experience supporting product launches, social campaigns or consumer research is preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Cosmetic Science, or related field.
