Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead conception and delivery of retail environment and fixture design for Travel Retail across the Americas, ensuring projects meet brand identity and commercial objectives.
  • Develop creative retail concepts, schematic drawings, technical packages and 3D visualisations for airport boutiques, pop-ups and duty-free activations.
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle — budgets, timelines, vendor selection, prototyping, installation oversight and quality control.
  • Collaborate with regional commercial teams, brand marketing, product planners and procurement to align spatial design with assortments, launches and campaigns.
  • Direct and coordinate external design agencies, fabricators and local contractors while enforcing brand standards and technical specifications.
  • Translate regional shopper insights and channel KPIs into design solutions that optimise customer flow, visual merchandising and conversion.
  • Ensure compliance with airport regulations, accessibility and safety requirements across jurisdictions.
  • Travel regularly within the Americas to oversee implementation, stakeholder workshops and post-installation reviews.

Qualifications

  • Proven portfolio of luxury retail and travel-retail projects demonstrating strong concept-to-delivery experience.
  • Demonstrable track record managing multi-market projects within the Americas and familiarity with airport/duty-free environments.
