Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end production processes from sampling to delivery, ensuring adherence to the seasonal calendar and launch deadlines.
- Translate creative direction and technical packs into actionable manufacturing briefs; supervise prototype development and fit sessions with ateliers.
- Manage relationships with internal design, patternmaking and quality teams, as well as external suppliers and production houses, to secure capacity and on‑time execution.
- Control production costs, monitor lead times and propose optimisation measures while preserving product integrity and brand standards.
- Implement and enforce quality assurance checkpoints and corrective actions; resolve production escalations rapidly to minimise disruption.
- Maintain accurate production documentation and calendars; update PLM/ERP systems and provide regular status reporting to senior management.
- Coach and mentor junior production staff and contribute to cross‑functional continuous‑improvement initiatives.

- Demonstrable expertise in apparel production or technical development within a fashion house or contractor network.
- Proven ability to manage complex seasonal programmes and multiple suppliers simultaneously.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience controlling costs, lead times and production schedules.
- Excellent organisational, negotiation and stakeholder‑management capabilities; decisive problem‑solving under time pressure.
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate technical requirements clearly to creative and manufacturing partners.
