Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end production processes from sampling to delivery, ensuring adherence to the seasonal calendar and launch deadlines.
  • Translate creative direction and technical packs into actionable manufacturing briefs; supervise prototype development and fit sessions with ateliers.
  • Manage relationships with internal design, patternmaking and quality teams, as well as external suppliers and production houses, to secure capacity and on‑time execution.
  • Control production costs, monitor lead times and propose optimisation measures while preserving product integrity and brand standards.
  • Implement and enforce quality assurance checkpoints and corrective actions; resolve production escalations rapidly to minimise disruption.
  • Maintain accurate production documentation and calendars; update PLM/ERP systems and provide regular status reporting to senior management.
  • Coach and mentor junior production staff and contribute to cross‑functional continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable expertise in apparel production or technical development within a fashion house or contractor network.
