Role & Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a defined portfolio of prestige retail accounts (department stores, specialty perfumeries and luxury retail partners) to achieve sales, margin and distribution targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, promotional calendars and assortment strategies in partnership with brand marketing and commercial teams.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, sell-in plans and joint business plans with key retail partners; secure advantageous in-store placement and visibility.
  • Manage forecasting, inventory cadence and order flow to optimise sell-through and minimise out-of-stocks.
  • Monitor account performance through KPIs and market intelligence; deliver regular business reviews and corrective actions to senior management.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination with marketing, trade marketing, visual merchandising and supply chain to ensure flawless execution of launches and campaigns.
  • Coach and influence retail teams and distributor contacts to elevate brand presentation, client experience and conversion.
  • Represent the brand externally at retail meetings, trade events and executive forums.

Qualifications

  • Proven success managing national or regional key accounts within prestige beauty, fragrances or luxury cosmetics.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales and margin targets through strategic account development.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with experience building joint business plans and promotional calendars.
  • Excellent interpersonal presence and stakeholder management; able to influence senior retail buyers and internal brand teams.
