Puig in Barcelona seeks a Senior Human Resources Analyst to lead HR reporting, HRIS data governance and people analytics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, produce and maintain HR reporting and dashboards delivering people metrics across talent, turnover, workforce planning, compensation and diversity.
- Own HRIS data quality and system configuration; act as primary liaison with IT and external vendors for HR systems (data feeds, integrations and releases).
- Conduct advanced analyses to identify workforce trends, cost drivers and opportunities for organisational optimisation; present findings to HR leadership and business stakeholders.
- Support compensation and benefits analysis, salary benchmarking and headcount forecasting to inform budget and business planning cycles.
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional HR projects (performance cycles, org restructures, HR process improvements) ensuring robust data governance and timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with local employment legislation in people reporting and support HR operations teams on policy interpretation and audit requests.
- Train and advise HR business partners and managers on people metrics, interpretation of dashboards and best practices for data-driven decision making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or related discipline; Master’s degree or specialised HR analytics qualification preferred.
- HR certification (CIPD, SHRM or equivalent) or analytics certification is advantageous.
- Strong numerical and analytical capability with proven experience translating data into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Fluency in Spanish and professional working proficiency in English.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years focused on HR analytics, reporting or HRIS management; experience within multinational consumer goods, fashion or beauty companies strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or a related field; advanced degree or specialised analytics qualification preferred.
