Senior Brand Manager opportunity at Puig in Paris: lead prestige beauty brand portfolio development and marketing strategy.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and pilot operational marketing strategy and business model for a prestige brand portfolio, accounting for brand specificity, positioning and distribution channels
  • Develop annual marketing plans, recommend investment priorities and ensure alignment with subsidiary and Group objectives
  • Identify growth, image and diversification levers to sustainably expand market share and brand desirability
  • Monitor brand performance metrics, analyze results and formulate optimization recommendations
  • Orchestrate alignment between international marketing teams, local teams, field operations and retail clients to ensure strategic consistency and execution excellence
  • Collaborate closely with Trade Marketing, Merchandising, Training, Communications, Sales and Retail functions
  • Adapt brand activations to French market dynamics while respecting brand identity, international ambitions and standards
  • Ensure premium brand experience quality and point-of-sale device effectiveness
  • Manage, mentor and develop a team of two Brand Managers and two interns
  • Set clear priorities, conduct regular activity reviews and foster accountability, collaboration and skill advancement
  • Create a demanding yet supportive, results-oriented work environment

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school or equivalent formation, ideally with marketing specialization
  • 5–7 years of operational marketing experience with solid Trade Marketing and Retail exposure
  • Demonstrated expertise in brand development, marketing plan construction, performance analysis and strategy execution
  • Team management experience with ability to mobilize, provide direction, arbitrate and support employee development
  • Creativity, pragmatism, business acumen, influence capability and comfort in matrixed, international environments
  • Fluent English (essential); Spanish proficiency is advantageous
