Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SAP MM & SD master data, including materials, BOMs and customers across all systems
- Routinely verify the availability and accuracy of data on materials, BOMs, and customers, identifying discrepancies and quality issues
- Update material, BOM and customer Master Data according to requests from other departments including R&D, Customer Service, Supply Planning, Manufacturing
- Support in documenting existing SAP Master Data processes and procedures to establish governance standards
- Identify alerts when master data is missing and define rules to be followed by users when creating required material and customer attributes
- Provide end-user support and training for SAP Master Data MM & SD processes and procedures across functional teams
- Collaborate with other functional consultants and project teams to ensure integration with other SAP modules such as FI, CO, BW
- Participate in system testing and implementation activities, including documentation of processes and procedures
Qualifications
- Solid experience managing materials, BOM and customers master data in SAP systems
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technologies, Engineering, or related discipline
- Expert proficiency in SAP MM (Materials Management) and SD (Sales & Distribution) modules from a Master Data perspective
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting
- Fluent in Spanish and English; French desirable
- Analytical mindset with ability to identify process improvements and data quality enhancements

Experience
Solid experience in SAP to manage materials, BOM and customers master data. Demonstrated expertise in Materials Management and Sales & Distribution modules, with proven ability to maintain data accuracy, develop process documentation, and support cross-functional teams in SAP environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technologies, Engineering, or equivalent discipline
