Puig seeks Sales Representative for Independent Channel in Brussels, Belgium to drive profitable growth and manage retail accounts across BELUX.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Visit and manage all ABC-tier independent doors in BELUX according to agreed call cycles to maintain strong customer relationships
  • Own end-to-end coordination of independent customers across BELUX, from contract negotiation through ongoing account management
  • Define annual agreements with Sales Manager and monitor compliance throughout the year
  • Negotiate annual trading conditions for A-tier customers and present new product launches to secure listings and shelf space allocation
  • Monitor sell-in, sell-out performance, and stock levels; report monthly sales and year-to-date performance versus budget per customer
  • Process weekly orders, including testers, and manage set-up and launch order logistics
  • Drive point-of-sale sell-out performance aligned with brand targets by delivering monthly objectives per store location
  • Analyze sales results by brand, retailer, region, and point of sale to identify business drivers and growth opportunities
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and category performance to identify emerging opportunities
  • Ensure successful implementation of launches and core brand pillars at point of sale through planograms, visual merchandising, and promotional materials
  • Detect, report, and resolve point-of-sale incidents including stock-outs, missing testers, and space issues
  • Conduct weekly stock control at top-performing doors and secure optimal stock levels to minimize out-of-stock on hero SKUs
  • Participate actively in sell-out activations and sales events during key commercial periods
  • Identify and resolve issues impacting retail standards, consumer experience, or sales performance
