Puig seeks a Sales Operations Planner Intern in Paris for a 6-month internship focused on demand planning and S&OP support in fragrance and makeup.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze historical sales data (Sell In and Sell Out) and inventory levels to ensure forecast accuracy and reliability
- Develop short and medium-term sales forecasts incorporating exceptional events (marketing activations, trade activities)
- Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to establish promotional volumes and seasonal adjustments
- Monitor and explain KPIs (forecast accuracy and variance), identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions
- Prepare monthly S&OP and KAM meetings with comprehensive data analysis and recommendations
- Create Excel-based analyses and reports assessing stock-out risk, stock reservations, service level improvements, and supply chain optimization
- Track promotional campaign execution to prevent and mitigate product obsolescence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field with focus on supply chain management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and MRP (Materials Requirements Planning) processes, preferably SAP
- Demonstrated experience in supply chain or demand planning environments
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Fluency in French and English; Spanish is a valued asset

Experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, or related supply chain operations. Familiarity with the end-to-end sales forecasting process and inventory management within a commercial or manufacturing environment is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in engineering, commerce, or a related discipline with specialization in supply chain management or operations.
