Role & Responsibilities

  • Track point-of-sale performance indicators and contribute to achieving qualitative and quantitative sales objectives
  • Deploy all competencies to reach individual performance targets (units per transaction, average basket, CRM metrics) and monthly/annual revenue goals
  • Master all stages of the sales ceremony and deliver an impeccable customer experience faithful to Jean Paul Gaultier's DNA, heritage, and brand story
  • Engage and retain a demanding clientele by implementing the house's CRM strategy and executing all associated actions
  • Contribute to customer base development through partnership sales and client appointment preparation
  • Onboard and train new team members to ensure smooth and inspiring integration
  • Execute all daily operations including cash handling, returns, after-sales service, deliveries, and stock transfers
  • Maintain optimal product condition and ensure adequate stock replenishment on the sales floor
  • Proactively communicate replenishment needs to management
  • Guarantee operational excellence in the point of sale through cleanliness, maintenance, and visual merchandising standards
  • Conduct store opening and closing procedures in compliance with established protocols
  • Monitor daily inventory movements and contribute to rotating and fiscal inventory preparations
  • Apply group security procedures rigorously

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a store manager or assistant store manager in luxury or premium retail
  • Proven experience as a department manager (Women's/Men's Ready-to-Wear or Accessories)
  • Deep affinity with Jean Paul Gaultier's creative universe and distinctive brand identity
  • Strong sales expertise capable of achieving fixed objectives and promoting the house's image
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and federate a team
  • Proficiency in maintaining cordial relationships with department store partners

  • Mastery of all retail processes and ability to manage activity using KPIs
