Rabanne seeks a Sales Assistant at Galeries Lafayette Nice — client-facing luxury retail role in Nice, France.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service to drive sales and cultivate long-term relationships with luxury customers.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive clientelling, in-store conversion and follow-up activities.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, handle transactions accurately and maintain cash control procedures.
- Maintain brand visual and merchandising standards within the Rabanne space at Galeries Lafayette Nice; ensure stock presentation and replenishment.
- Support inventory management including receiving, tagging, stock counts and loss-prevention procedures.
- Collaborate with store and brand teams on promotions, events and client appointments to enhance in-store experience.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in retail sales, preferably within premium or luxury fashion.
- Polished personal presentation and strong interpersonal skills suited to a high-touch luxury environment.
- Reliable numeracy and cash-handling competence; attention to detail in transactional duties.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and peak shopping periods.
- Right to work in France and ability to commute to Galeries Lafayette Nice.

Experience
Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience; experience in luxury, designer or premium retail environments preferred.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; formal retail or sales training is an advantage.
