Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service and build long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by advising clients on fragrance, skincare and beauty products and driving conversions.
- Maintain deep, up-to-date product knowledge and communicate brand narratives and technical details with confidence.

Qualifications
- Prior customer-facing experience in luxury retail, cosmetics or perfumery preferred.
- Demonstrable ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a consultative selling approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; poised and professional demeanour.
- Comfort with point-of-sale systems, CRM entry and basic cash handling procedures.
- Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail or beauty sales experience, preferably within premium or luxury brands, with a track record of client acquisition and meeting sales objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, cosmetics or hospitality is an advantage.
