Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver elevated client experience by demonstrating expertise in BYREDO's consultative selling approach and maintaining current knowledge of industry and market trends
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships through personalized outreach, clienteling activities, master classes, and new product launch events
- Showcase BYREDO's complete product portfolio across all categories with curated recommendations and memorable shopping moments
- Exceed sales KPIs through strategic cross-selling and leveraging CRM tools to manage client information and drive loyalty
- Provide attentive after-sales service and create personalized shopping experiences that reflect each client's unique tastes and aspirations
- Maintain product knowledge through active participation in training sessions, new launch presentations, and awareness of emerging industry innovations
- Collaborate with the team during store meetings to contribute innovative ideas and actionable retail strategies
- Support store operations through accurate inventory management, stock replenishment, proactive theft prevention, and visual merchandising execution aligned with brand guidelines
Qualifications
