Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consultative, client‑centred sales in a luxury perfume boutique, providing personalised fragrance advice and sampling.
- Meet and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to store KPIs and seasonal campaigns.
- Build and maintain client relationships through active clienteling, follow‑ups and accurate CRM record keeping.
- Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and product presentation consistent with brand standards.
- Manage transactions, returns and POS operations with accuracy and adherence to cash‑handling procedures.

Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver high‑quality customer service in a retail or luxury environment; experience in perfumery or cosmetics preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, confident communicator and persuasive sales presence.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and evenings; legally authorised to work in France.
- Impeccable professional appearance and a genuine passion for fragrance and luxury retail.
