Puig is hiring a Sales Administration Executive in Miami. Permanent role supporting order-to-cash, invoicing and sales operations for luxury beauty brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales administration cycle, including order entry, order confirmation, invoicing and credit control in accordance with internal procedures.
- Maintain and reconcile customer master data, pricing, and contract information to ensure transactional accuracy.
- Act as primary liaison between commercial teams, logistics, finance and clients to resolve order, delivery and billing queries promptly.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and operational metrics to support forecasting and commercial decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements for sales documentation and archival.
- Support process improvement initiatives to streamline order-to-cash workflows and enhance service levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain or related discipline preferred.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactional workflows with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to interact professionally across functions and with external clients.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Typically 2–4 years of progressive experience in sales administration, order management or sales operations, preferably within consumer goods, beauty or luxury retail environments.
