Puig seeks a Sales Administration Analyst in Rio de Janeiro to ensure the reliability of commercial processes, including pricing, forecasting, variable compensation, rebates and commercial governance. The permanent role maintains commercial systems and indicators, controls sales-team variable compensation, reconciles data and standardizes processes with cross-functional partners.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain price lists, system configurations and commercial terms in G2N and SFA, including discount, rebate, campaign and commercial agreement uploads.
- Consolidate and distribute commercial indicators, including the Sell-in Dashboard, Sales Forecast, Positivation, Lifestyle and Tester Control.
- Calculate, validate and control variable compensation for the sales team, including commissions, quarterly recovery, incentive campaigns and COOP deflators, and issue statements.
- Reconcile G2N against SAP, manage cooperative controls, create and adjust POs, and resolve discrepancies.
- Document and standardize processes, proposing improvements and automations in partnership with Commercial, Marketing, Controlling, Supply, Finance and HR.
Qualifications
- Completed university degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in Sales Administration, Commercial Planning, Pricing or Commercial Controlling.
- Experience calculating variable compensation, rebates and commercial agreements.
- Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of SAP.
- Power BI, SFA/Salesforce, and experience in consumer goods or beauty are advantages.
- Analytical profile, attention to detail, ability to organize work around deadlines, and strong communication with different departments.
