Role & Responsibilities
- Execute sales assignments for Rabanne, Jean Paul Gaultier, Carolina Herrera, and Hermès across five selected retail locations in the assigned territory
- Deliver individualized and exemplary customer counsel across the full product portfolio in accordance with brand guidelines
- Motivate and train retail store staff to enhance brand knowledge and sales performance
- Maintain strong relationships with store managers and retail employees
- Ensure flawless visual merchandising execution at point-of-sale
- Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns to drive sales uplift at retail locations in collaboration with the Hamburg retail team
- Schedule and plan sales deployment days in coordination with the retail team
- Perform administrative tasks and provide regular reporting on inventory, sales performance, and field activities
Qualifications
- Several years of customer service experience with exclusive luxury brands, particularly in fragrance
- Demonstrated passion for fragrance and beauty with genuine enthusiasm and hospitality-oriented mindset
