Puig is seeking a Retail Project Manager for its Benelux subsidiary to coordinate permanent and semi-permanent retail projects, from brand brief and supplier development through installation and execution. This temporary replacement role is a fixed-term contract focused on adapting retail concepts and managing activations across Benelux markets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate each stage of retail projects, including brand briefs, plan and 3D-render follow-up, supplier development and installation.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets and brand standards.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, International Retail teams and external partners.
- Develop and deploy visibility elements, fixtures and semi-customization projects for Benelux retailers.
- Adapt and implement international concepts to meet local constraints.
- Create and adapt planograms for different retailers.
- Monitor retail activations, deliveries, installations and dismantling.
- Ensure high-quality project execution while respecting technical and operational constraints.
Qualifications
- Significant initial experience in retail project management, merchandising, retail design or trade marketing.
- Experience in beauty, luxury, cosmetics or fragrance is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s to master’s-level qualification in business, design, interior architecture, visual merchandising or an equivalent field.
- Fluent French and English are required; Dutch and/or Spanish is an advantage.
- Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills; open-minded, rigorous and creative, with the ability to work in a demanding environment.
- Organized, dynamic and responsive, with artistic sensibility.
- Autonomous and versatile, willing to go beyond initially assigned responsibilities, with the ability to lead a project.
- Knowledge of graphic production processes, with an artistic and design sensibility and the ability to prepare presentation materials.

Education
