Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize scheduling systems across Puig and retail partner platforms, tracking modifications and ensuring accuracy
- Develop and distribute monthly newsletters to field animation teams
- Manage allocation and ordering of promotional materials, testers, and equipment required for daily field activities
- Coordinate and support ad hoc projects including online training sessions, team engagement initiatives, and regional challenges
- Assist in organizing commercial meetings, conference calls, and seminars; prepare supporting documentation and PowerPoint materials
- Support regional directors during peak commercial periods through material distribution, tour preparation, and regional meeting coordination
- Facilitate regional meetings and organize regional challenges
Qualifications
- Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (bac+3) from a university or business school
- Fluent in French and English
- Prior experience in retail field operations (preferred but not required)
- Valid internship agreement from educational institution for minimum 6 months
