Role & Responsibilities
- Directly manage and lead the field team, fostering operational efficiency and excellence in execution across North and Central America
- Partner with Account Managers and Retail Managers to define and deliver ambitious commercial targets while maintaining accountability for sell-through performance
- Collaborate with Marketing and Retail Merchandising teams to maintain retail excellence standards across all touchpoints and brand expressions
- Coordinate with Sales and Demand Planning on stock management, forecasting, and seamless product launch execution
- Drive capability-building initiatives through structured, high-impact training programs developed in collaboration with the Training & Education team
- Oversee resource allocation and logistics coordination with Marketing and Sales departments, including uniforms, incentives, and field materials
- Facilitate efficient communication channels between field teams and corporate offices to promote transparency, responsiveness, and alignment
- Refine field organization and allocate resources strategically to maximize efficiency and performance outcomes
- Consolidate and monitor sell-through investments while providing the Sales Director with actionable insights on profitability metrics
- Develop and oversee comprehensive annual staffing plans aligned with organizational three-year objectives
- Own full accountability for all retail performance KPIs at the point-of-sale, driving productivity and profitability per door
- Advise and support Account Managers on optimizing commercial terms, conditions, and strategic frameworks
- Pilot and implement field support initiatives including incentive programs and product allocation strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience in premium beauty, perfume, cosmetics, and/or travel retail environments
- Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, or related discipline
- Excellent command of both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong data analysis capabilities
- Demonstrated strong numeracy and business acumen with ability to interpret complex financial metrics
- Proven experience in field team leadership and operational management
- Experience developing and implementing staffing strategies aligned with business objectives

Experience
5+ years of sales experience in the perfume, cosmetics, and/or travel retail sector, with proven track record in field operations and team leadership. Demonstrated ability to work independently while fostering collaborative relationships across commercial and support functions. Experience in a matrix organization with exposure to global supply chains and multi-regional coordination.
Education
Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, or related field.
