Role & Responsibilities
- Provide operational and administrative support for the BIE platform and monthly sales databases.
- Administer and update user databases.
- Manage databases related to monthly sales.
- Track and coordinate the content and launch calendar in the app.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires.
- Prepare weekly and monthly app and sales reports.
- Monitor platform usage, engagement and adoption metrics.
- Develop and adapt local content to align with market context and needs.
Qualifications
- Currently studying for a bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology or a related field; current students only.
- Expected to complete the degree in 2028.
- Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency.
- Conversational English.
- Curious, creative and passionate, with an interest in teamwork.
