Puig seeks a Retail Designer for Travel Retail Americas in Miami to manage permanent retail projects for luxury brands including Carolina Herrera and Rabanne.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage permanent retail projects by adapting brand corporate designs to Travel Retail Americas channel specifications, from initial brief through final installation
  • Coordinate regularly with headquarters retail design teams and retailers regarding special requests, design adaptations, and project updates
  • Address technical challenges in collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers, including implementation logistics, deliveries, and order management
  • Monitor project budgets and financial performance
  • Oversee execution of retail projects and verify compliance with quality standards during installation
  • Maintain and optimize existing retail points of sale
  • Evaluate and homologate new suppliers for retail production
  • Execute visual merchandising strategy aligned with brand positioning at point of sale
  • Develop planograms and visual calendars; adapt brand guidelines in close collaboration with field supervision teams

Qualifications

  • Degree in Architecture or Industrial Design (required)
  • 3+ years of professional experience in retail projects and/or project management, preferably within luxury and beauty sectors
  • Proficiency in project management software (Excel, PowerPoint, Asana)
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility and competency with design software (AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp)
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Demonstrated negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Experience
